Team Overview

Rachel Lawrie

Rachel Lawrie

Director and Principal

Community. Connection. Integrity. It’s upon these values that Principal Rachel Lawrie has founded Stadium Real Estate. Leading her exceptional team with energy and passion, Rachel is setting new standards in the real estate industry.
A true professional, Rachel’s exemplary standards mean she’s no stranger to success, with a former elite career as one of Australia’s most diverse marine biologists. Transitioning to real estate in 2013, Rachel has brought her thirst for knowledge and continual drive for improvement to the sector. She’s constantly looking to undergo training and hone her skills in leadership, negotiation, marketing, sales and property management.
First-class service is a non-negotiable for Rachel, who is a former winner of the South Australia Community Achievement award. Dedicated to serving clients and the community with respect, care and honesty, Rachel is deeply committed to exceeding the expectations of every client.
A great believer in transparency and being accountable, what you see is what you get with Rachel. She instils a strong sense of integrity and honour in her team that informs every action and decision.
Family is number-one for Rachel, and business comes a close second, with both of her daughters involved in Stadium Real Estate. Proud mum Rachel loves nothing more than spending time with her daughters at sports events, travelling and, of course, a bit of well-earned retail therapy.
Fabulously knowledgeable, extensively experienced and with a string of qualifications to her name, Simone’s a powerhouse within the team, confidently taking care of all sales administration and marketing – plus much more.
With over 22 years of experience spanning administration, marketing, property management and sales, Simone is a qualified bookkeeper, real estate salesperson and registered property manager.
Over the years, Simone has learnt from the best, obtaining her real estate licence while working alongside the most successful commercial agents at that time. Their belief in Simone pushed her to do better, and she has continued to challenge herself at work. She also assisted in opening a new office where she took the lead to set up a now successful office.
Fully customer-service focused and with a knack for developing strong relationships, Simone treats everyone she comes across with care and respect, providing a positive experience every time. The devil’s in the detail for Simone, and she sticks to structured processes with eagle-eyed precision, ensuring each property transaction is seamless.
As a mum of two, Simone loves to spend time with her family – and her favourite place to do that is the beach. The more far-flung the better for globetrotter Simone, who has already travelled to Europe several times, as well as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Bali and Tokyo. While she’s waiting to add more places to the list, Simone relaxes by spending time cooking.
